Airlines only hold a quoted price for a short time. Checkout shows how long the airline will accept this fare. If it runs out, search again for the current price.

It depends on the airline's fare rules, which we show before you book: whether changes and refunds are allowed and the airline's fee. After booking, open the trip in My trips to send a request. We confirm what the airline will refund before anything is cancelled.

After ticketing you get the airline's booking reference (a 6-character code). Use it with your last name on the airline's own website or app to see the booking, choose seats and check in.

Enter each traveler's first, middle and last names exactly as they appear on the passport they will travel with. Airlines can refuse boarding when names don't match.
