Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of cheapflightplan.com (the "Site"), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("CheapFlightPlan", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

CheapFlightPlan is an online travel agency. We show flight fares from airlines through our technology partner Duffel Technology Ltd. and, once bookings open, sell tickets as a ticket agent acting on behalf of the airline. We are not an airline. Your flight is operated by the airline named on your itinerary, and its conditions of carriage form part of your contract with that airline.

Our AI travel assistant is in development and is not yet available. Any AI-generated suggestions we provide in the future are for planning help only; always check the fare details shown before you book.

2. Fares and availability

3. Booking and payment

4. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes and refunds follow the airline's fare rules and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which also explains your rights under U.S. Department of Transportation rules.

5. Travel documents

You are responsible for having a valid passport, visas, transit visas and any health documents required for your trip, including for travel to and from Bangladesh. Airlines may refuse boarding without them, and refunds are not available in that case except as the airline allows.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, overload, or automate searches on the Site, make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or use another person's payment details without permission. We may cancel bookings or block access where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

7. Liability

Airlines are responsible for operating flights, delays, cancellations, baggage, and passenger rights under applicable law (including the Montreal Convention). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for our own services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], USA. [DISPUTE RESOLUTION / ARBITRATION CLAUSE, FOR COUNSEL TO DRAFT]. You can contact the U.S. Department of Transportation's Office of Aviation Consumer Protection about airline service complaints.

9. Seller of travel registration
